The edge institutions have, for everyone else.
The funds with research desks already know where the AI money flows. THE ENTITY hands you the same map - the entire supply chain, scored for where pressure is building.
Why this exists
The story everyone tells is about the models. The real limits are physical: the electricity a data center can draw, the connections to the grid that gate it, the memory and packaging beneath the chips, the cables that wire thousands of chips into one machine.
That’s where the AI money actually flows - and almost no retail tool maps it. THE ENTITY turns the whole chain into one live model - 835 companies across 80 chain nodes, 2,808 verified links - and reads it as a map of which companies profit, and which get squeezed. Every figure sourced, dated, and yours to audit.
A note from us
“The AI story keeps getting told through model demos and stock tickers. The real action is one layer down - in the physical supply chain almost nobody maps clearly. So we built the model we wished existed: the entire chain, institutional-grade, and readable by anyone. Every call we make is dated and kept on the scorecard.”
- The team behind THE ENTITY
How the model works
One model. Three steps. All in the open.
Map the chain
We map everything AI runs on - power, chips, memory, wiring, software - as 80 chain nodes across 5 layers, and how each one depends on the rest.
Score the pressure
We pull in live news and market data and read which node is running tight - and how much weight sits on it.
Run it forward
We run the chain forward to see where the next squeeze lands - and which of 835 companies it touches.
Open by design
Every number and rule is written down where you can check it - an institutional-grade model, not a black box asking for trust.
We keep score
Every forecast is saved with a date and frozen - a public track record you can hold us to.
Graded, never guessed
Each figure is labelled fact, estimate or model - and the AI analyst cites every source it leans on.
What we’ve shipped
THE ENTITY Data — the platform, as an API
THE ENTITY Data is here — programmatic, read-only access to the four datasets that power the platform: the causal supply-chain graph, the computed engine (nowcast, forecast, conviction and node-score record), the tracked-elite smart-money panel, and market feeds & cited filings. One stable JSON envelope, one entk_live_ key, an OpenAPI 3.1 spec, and honest freshness labels on every number (as_of vs when we detected it, never conflated).
Meet Copilot Max
Copilot Max — a monthly membership for Pro members that doubles your daily deep questions (from 10 to 20) and lifts every Copilot limit at once: a longer working context so it holds more of the thread and longer questions in view, room for far more of your own documents and custom feeds, and the Virtual Investment Committee for the cost of a single question instead of three. Cancel anytime.
Copilot Pro Tools
Copilot now works with your own material. Attach a PDF, spreadsheet or text file — or point it at an RSS feed you trust — and it reads them alongside the live engine data, citing your document by name when it draws on it. Type @ in the prompt to reference an attached doc or one of your own holdings directly.
Meet Copilot
Copilot arrived — ask a question in plain English and it composes a live dashboard on the spot: the right instruments, pulled from real data, with a written read to go with them. It knows your own book, remembers the thread, shows its sources and how fresh each number is, and can carry out journey actions on THE ENTITY for you — always proposed first and confirmed before anything runs, and never a trade.
Follow the elite money
Smart Money grew up. We now track the 13F books of 103 verified institutional managers — the concentrated-conviction funds and the legends — and read where they are quietly accumulating versus backing away, every move dated the day we detect the filing.
Who we are & how we’re funded
An independent team
An independent team of engineers and analysts who read AI as a supply chain, not a hype cycle. No fund behind us pulling the model’s strings.
Funded by subscriptions
We make money one way: when you pay for Lite, Pro or Terminal. We don’t sell your data, and no company can pay to look better in the model or be featured.
Accountable on every figure
Every figure is labelled sourced, estimated or illustrative, dated, and graded for confidence. We publish our methodology and a backtest so you can audit our work, not just take it on trust.
That independence is the point. Our incentive is to be useful and right over time - because that’s what keeps a subscription - not to chase clicks or please an advertiser. See the security & privacy page for how we handle your data.
The boundary
THE ENTITY is an educational read on the AI supply chain. It explains who gains pricing power and who faces rising cost - never price targets or buy/sell calls. What you do with the read is yours.
