We collect only what we need to run your account and the product. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t train models on it. You can export or delete it anytime. Product analytics are cookieless; ads run through Google (see below).
THE ENTITY is operated by CONGLOMERAT LLC (“we”, “the service”; the data controller), a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. It provides an educational model of the AI value chain. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
Account data (email, your chosen emoji + PIN credential, display name) to authenticate you; product data (watchlists, saved scenarios, learning progress, assistant usage counts) to provide the service and sync it across your devices; and standard technical logs.
How we use it
To operate and secure your account, personalise the product, enforce plan limits, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not train AI models on it.
Support chat
When you use the in-product chat, we store your messages, any files or screenshots you attach, and — to route the conversation — basic context such as the page you were on, your plan, and (if signed in) your account. To triage and answer quickly, your chat messages may be processed by an automated AI assistant via our AI subprocessor (Anthropic); it is clearly labelled as an assistant, hands off to a person when needed, and we do not use your chat content to train AI models. You can chat as a guest without an account; if you later sign up, that guest conversation is linked to your account so you keep your history. Transcripts are retained to provide support and are deletable on request. To have a chat transcript removed, email hello@joinentity.com.
Cookies & analytics
We use a cookie to keep you signed in. If product analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool that records aggregate usage (page views, scroll depth, clicks) — never identifying you personally.
Advertising
We promote THE ENTITY through Google Ads and measure how those ads perform. If you arrive from a Google ad, or visit pages carrying our advertising tag, Google may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure conversions and — where enabled — show you relevant ads on other sites. That data is handled under Google’s Privacy & Terms. You can turn off ad personalisation any time at Google Ads Settings. We do not sell your personal data.
Processors we rely on
Authentication and database hosting (Supabase), AI inference (Anthropic), market and economic data providers, payments, advertising and conversion measurement (Google), and (optionally) cookieless analytics. Each processes data only to deliver their part of the service.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data, and object to or restrict certain processing. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. To exercise any right, email hello@joinentity.com and we’ll respond within the legally required window.
