THE ENTITY is for education, not investment advice. Use it fairly, don’t abuse it, and you can cancel a paid plan anytime. We provide it “as is” and aren’t liable for what you do with the read.
By using THE ENTITY you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
Who we are
THE ENTITY is operated by CONGLOMERAT LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “THE ENTITY” mean CONGLOMERAT LLC. This agreement is a contract between you and CONGLOMERAT LLC.
The service
THE ENTITY is an educational model and analysis of the AI value chain. Access requires an account. Some features require a paid plan.
Not investment advice
Everything in the service — including scores, forecasts, company analysis and AI assistant output — is for education and information only. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Figures may be illustrative, estimated, or probabilistic and can be wrong.
Plans & billing
All plans are paid (there is no free tier and no free trial). Paid plans renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access through the period you’ve paid for. Prices are shown at checkout, and early members keep their founding annual price as they renew.
Acceptable use
Don’t abuse, scrape, resell, or attempt to break the service, and don’t use it to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it or reliance on its output.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to them will be handled in the courts located in Wyoming, USA.
