Shenzhen Megmeet Electrical Co., Ltd. — AI supply-chain exposure

Megmeet is a Chinese power-electronics maker that supplies server power products and has been named among NVIDIA's partners for its next-generation high-voltage direct-current (HVDC) data-centre power architecture. That architecture rethinks how electricity moves through an AI facility, distributing power at higher voltage to cut the losses and copper that conventional low-voltage delivery incurs at extreme rack densities. Megmeet sits in the power-delivery chain as a component supplier to this emerging standard.

The model places it on the power path because the shift to HVDC is one of the structural responses to AI's power problem, and early inclusion in NVIDIA's partner set positions Megmeet inside that transition. Its hook is being an approved supplier for an architecture the largest accelerator vendor is promoting, which could pull it into build-outs beyond its home market. The exposure cuts both ways: as a Chinese supplier it faces geopolitical and qualification risk in the Western data centres driving much of the demand.
