Tianshui Huatian Technology Co., Ltd. — AI supply-chain exposure

Tianshui Huatian is one of the three largest packaging and test houses in mainland China, alongside JCET and TFME. It takes finished silicon and turns it into usable chips — wire-bonding, flip-chip mounting, wafer-level and stacked-die packaging, then final test. This is the back-end step that comes after the wafer is made and before the chip ships, and Huatian is a producer of that capacity.

Its hook is scale and breadth within China's domestic OSAT tier at a time when advanced packaging — the interposer-based stacking that AI accelerators and high-bandwidth memory require — is the industry's tightest link. A large local packaging base gives China optionality if outside capacity is constrained. The model reads Huatian's centrality in that back-end layer rather than its absolute size.
