Xsight Labs — AI supply-chain exposure

Xsight Labs is an Israeli fabless designer of high-radix Ethernet switch ASICs — its X-series — plus the E1 DPU, the silicon that stitches together the fabric inside AI and cloud data centres. Where accelerators do the computing, switch chips decide how many of them can be lashed into one coherent machine. It sits in the networking layer as a switch-ASIC producer, a less visible but load-bearing part of the build-out.

The hook is that AI networking has become a bottleneck of its own: training runs span vast fleets of GPUs, and the interconnect determines whether they behave as one system or thousands of stragglers. Xsight is a challenger in Ethernet switching, an incumbent-heavy field, riding the industry push to make open Ethernet a credible fabric for AI clusters rather than ceding it to proprietary alternatives. The model tracks it as an infrastructure-fabric bet.
